She was lucky enough she found it at stage 2 My mom had a mammogram. The radiologist thought the spots were just regular calcium deposits.  Turns out it was triple negative breast cancer that had spread to her lymph nods. Mastectomy, radiation and chemo saved her life. This could SAVE a life. Signal BOOST and pass it on. I had a breast cancer scare before (luckily it was just scar tissue…) and information like this kept me calm and collected at the doc’s.

justapeasant07: On May 7, 2013, this sweet young boy was brutally slain by his mothers boyfriend, Derrick Myers. Three year old Terric Davis loved pizza, he slept with his fuzzy blue blankie, and he loved his little sister. He was like any other three year old. He was left for just four hours in the care of his mom’s boyfriend, who, somehow in this time became enraged enough with this innocent child to beat him so viciously as to cause severe internal injuries. Upon returning home and realizing that something was terribly wrong, she rushed her son to the local children’s hospital. It would be just hours later that little Terric’s death was ruled the cause of blunt force trauma, causing several lacerated organs and massive internal bleeding. The Tacoma police have arrested and charged 28 year old Derrick Myers with murder in the first degree in the death of Terric Davis. This murder has left a single mother without her son, a sister without her beloved brother, and crushed the hearts of four aunts, an uncle, two loving grandparents, and countless friends. Any parent will tell you, we are not made to bury our children, but this mother has no choice. Unfortunately, two roughly minimum wage jobs doesn’t leave much room for savings, which means that for this mother, burying her son will leave her without sufficient funds to meet her own basic needs.
